The Air Export Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating air export shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timely delivery. This role involves working closely with airlines, customers, and internal teams to handle documentation, scheduling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of air freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air export shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including airway bills and customs paperwork.
- Communicate with customers, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in air freight, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
