We are seeking an experienced and proactive Control Tower Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the flow of information and act as the primary point of contact with our customers, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the direct liaison with the customer, conducting regular team meetings and providing updates on shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the UK, Germany, and South Africa to gather and relay critical shipment details.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication, ensuring the customer is always informed.
- Work as part of a dynamic, supportive team in a non-operational capacity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in freight or logistics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively manage customer expectations.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
