This role is to support the distribution department by ensuring smooth operations across various functions, including Operations, sales, People, Systems, and Culture, in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete paperwork for inbound and outbound freight, coordinating with relevant departments to manage shipments effectively.
  • Process customer orders and distribution accounts daily, providing timely and accurate operational reports, and checking stock for availability.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork for customer work orders, ensure special requests are met, and maintain accurate inventory records through data entry.
  • Coordinate last-minute shipping requests, expedite orders as needed, trace shipments, and keep customers informed of order status.
  • Manage client and vendor billing, maintain damage records, handle returns efficiently, and ensure proper credit is issued.
  • Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents, maintain strong customer relationships, and act as a liaison between the warehouse and customers.
  • Support compliance with all regulations, maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and consistently meet KPI standards.
  • Ensure smooth freight processing, timely communication with customers, and seek best practices to improve efficiency. Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, comprehend, and clearly convey information.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and fluent in operational English, both written and spoken.

Terms:
Permanent, Full-time, Mon – Friday
