A well-established Dublin-based freight forwarder is expanding and looking for a hungry, strategic Sales Executive to drive new business across the South of Ireland.
You’ll be handed a wide-open territory and the freedom to hunt, close, and grow long-term clients — backed by a company with a strong operational backbone and excellent reputation in the market.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Building your own book of new business across a wide Southern territory

📞 Cold calling, networking, and creating smart prospecting plans to hit and exceed targets

💡 Listening to clients, identifying freight needs, and crafting tailored solutions

💰 Delivering competitive pricing proposals and closing deals with confidence

🤝 Collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention

📊 Keeping tabs on your pipeline and hitting monthly/annual revenue goals
🧠 What You Bring to the Table

2–3+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain

Proven track record of smashing targets and winning new accounts

Commercial mindset — you understand margins, pricing, and value-based selling

Confident communicator — persuasive in meetings and sharp on the phone

Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and gets a buzz from closing

Valid driver’s license and flexibility for territory travel
