Junior Inside Sales Representative- Freight

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations and competitive pricing.
• Support the sales team by ensuring data accuracy in orders and records.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and respond to queries.
• Use Azyra systems to manage customer data and sales processes.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide internal feedback.

Requirements:

• Sales-driven with a commercial mindset.
• Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Eager to learn pricing, quotations, and rate structures (training provided).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in logistics or transport is beneficial but not required.
• A second European language is an advantage.
