Our client, a global player in supply chain and logistics, is seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery at their Shannon-based branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across all levels of their organisation.
- Understand each client’s business strategy to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.
- Oversee local service delivery, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to maintain service quality and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account management, system updates, and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate client records, update territory maps, and manage key account data and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and drive customer engagement.
