A leading global sea and air freight forwarder now seeks an experienced Import Operator. This is a full-time on-site role in North Dublin. The Operations Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day Ocean import operations and customs clearance, ensuring efficient processes, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting operations management tasks.

Key Requirements:
- Recent Import Ocean operations and Customs Clearance experience is essential.
- Airfreight import operations knowledge would be an advantage.
- Excellent operations and analytical skills.
- Fluent English with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proficiency in freight management and customs software systems.
Terms:
Full-time permanent, office-based, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15 Hrs with hybrid potential after 3 months.
