Role: Logistics Administrator (6 month contract)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will support the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of inventory, transportation, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation scheduling, and stock movements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage inbound and outbound documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries and address any delays or issues promptly..
- Handle collections, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including inventory turnover, delivery accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve any logistical challenges.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software tools (e.g., Excel, SMART sheets, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
