We’re seeking an experienced QSHE leader to drive excellence in quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across our operations. This role is key in ensuring compliance, enhancing processes, and fostering a strong quality culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve the company’s Quality Assurance Program.
- Oversee operational and performance qualifications for warehousing and transport.
- Maintain ISO standards and track key performance indicators.
- Implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage corrective actions (CAPA).
- Act as the main point of contact for quality-related queries and customer concerns.
- Ensure effective document management in line with regulations.
- Provide strategic insights through reporting and analysis.
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental Management, or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management).
- ISO Certifications & Auditing Experience (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong Knowledge of QSHE Regulations & Compliance (national and international standards).
- Proven Experience in Leadership & Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CAPA process)
