Long-established Baldoyle-based distributor now seeks an experienced Order Management Admin (Office Administrator) with a minimum of 3 years Sage Line 50 experience. Working in a small team, the Order Management Admin will work closely with the Office Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative and customer support within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with initial enquiries from Customers and Suppliers.
- Maintain Customer price lists in conjunction with Sales representatives.
- Organise customer orders for warehouse daily picking lists
- Create Despatch Dockets and Invoices for goods-out.
- Book in daily despatches with transport in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
- Organise and check goods-in paperwork for inputting.
- Maintain Customer accounts and Stock figures.
- Organise and maintain all product Quality Documents and handle initial QA requests from Customers.
- Compile daily, end-of-week and end-of-month Analysis Reports.
- Manage all incoming calls and direct phone calls to appropriate managers.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and maintenance of records.
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements / Competencies:
- At least 3 years recent experience in a similar role.
- Confident communicator with fluent English and an excellent telephone manner
- It is essential that you are highly proficient in Sage 50 accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain tables of information
- Good general office IT and administration skills.
- Team player - ability to work as an integral part of a small team
- Customer-focused, reliable with a can-do-attitude

Full-time, Permanent, Onsite, Mon – Thur 08.30 - 17.00 Hrs / Friday 07.30 - 16:00 Hrs
Package:
€35-40k depending on experience, plus bonus
