A specialised security transit company based in Dublin City Center now seeks experienced drivers. The company provides a global team of experts, including logistics, security, customs house, and special operations professionals to the luxury goods industry, high-net-worth individuals, and international banks. The company provides a smooth, expedient, and professional service tailored to precise specifications and needs.
Please note that four weeks of fully expensed training will be provided onsite in the UK and the position requires a security background check to be completed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing pickups and deliveries of high-value shipments.
- Maintaining high standard of work at trade shows and special events.
- Loading and unloading an unmarked armoured vehicle.
- Ensuring the safety and protection of assets at all times.
- Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times.
- Respecting and following the company’s guidelines and procedures
- Driving an armoured vehicle and following road safety regulations.
- Maintaining a high level of vigilance at all times.
- Completing daily reports and checks of the vehicle.
- Carrying out other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must hold a Full Clean Category B Driving Licence and be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
- Holding a PSA (Private Security Authority) Licence is an advantage as one will be required.
- Excellent ethics and integrity.

Please Note:
- When submitting an application for a licence to the Private Security Authority, applicants are required to declare details of all convictions and/or cases where proceedings are pending to the Authority. Gaps exceeding 28 days are not permitted and must be evidenced.

Terms:
Full-time, permanent, working hours will vary from early shifts starting from 6:00am and the latest finish being 22:00pm depending on workload and overtime opportunities are available with optional weekend work at an enhanced rate.
