Senior Credit & Collections Specialist (Contract, 6–12 Months)

We're seeking a skilled Senior Credit & Collections Specialist with a strong background in credit control and customer account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multinational environment and a solid understanding of the order-to-cash process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large and growing accounts receivable portfolio
• Follow up on outstanding payments and reduce overdue balances
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written correspondence
• Assess credit risk, review financials, and recommend credit limits
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries
• Provide regular reports on debt ageing, DSO, and account trends
• Ensure excellent customer service in all aspects of the role

Requirements:

• Previous experience in credit control within a corporate or multinational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Education:

• A third-level qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field is required
