We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse team. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and upholding high standards in safety and service. This role is also ideal for a Warehouse Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, schedules, and workflow
- Oversee incoming and outgoing goods with attention to accuracy and quality
- Ensure stock is labelled, stored, and organised efficiently
- Maintain strict security protocols and inventory control procedures
- Support safe work practices and ensure all staff are trained and compliant
- Liaise with internal departments to support overall store operations
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics management experience (or supervisory experience)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and uphold health and safety standards
- Forklift licence and manual handling training (advantageous)
