Warehouse Transport Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy logistics site in Dublin. This role involves managing staff, handling shipments, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining health & safety standards, and working closely with finance and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and shipment operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with hauliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Manage customer and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Work with internal departments and third parties, including customs and finance, to support warehouse and shipment processes.
• Analyse financial reports and ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Maintain warehouse security and enforce Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, freight measurement, and documentation procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse and team management, including shipment coordination.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse systems (e.g., Azyra or similar WMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
